BREWING INSTRUCTIONS: Rooibos tea can be infused for as long as you like. We recommend steeping Organic Rooibos for 4-6 minutes in boiling water. Use 1 tsp loose leaf tea per 6-8oz of water.

Yerba Mate has been called a "wonder herb" due to its long list vitamins including Vitamins A, B1, B2 and 15 types of amino acids. Mate is a natural stimulant that has the same effect as caffeine but is much less taxing on the body.

BREWING INSTRUCTIONS: To prepare a perfect cup of yerba mate, use 1 tsp loose leaf tea per 6-8oz of boiling water and steep 4-6 minutes.

For all the expecting mommies who have been asking us for years to sell raspberry leaf herbal tea, here you go! Raspberry leaf tea is very nutrient rich, especially in vitamins A, C, E and B, magnesium, calcium and iron. Raspberry leaf tea also contains the alkaloid 'fragine' which is said to strengthen and tone the muscles of the uterus, helping them to contract more efficiently during labor.

Gunpowder is a popular green tea from China that is distinguished by its leaf appearance. Rolled into small spheres resembling pellets of gunpowder, the infusion is unique among Chinese green teas offering a medium bodied cup with brisk flavour.

Brewing Instructions:As with all loose leaf green tea, Gunpowder is best brewed with water below boiling, approx. 80°C. Use 1 tsp of tea per cup and infuse green tea for 1-3 minutes.
