Description

Mao Feng is part of the illustrious list of 10 famous Chinese teas. It makes a great everyday green tea as the infusion is medium bodied with minimal astringency and a smooth, sweet finish.

Brewing Instructions: As with all loose leaf green tea, Mao Feng green tea is best brewed with water below boiling, approx. 80°C. Use 1 tsp of tea per cup and infuse green tea for 1-3 minutes.
