Dragonwell (Lung Ching) is a fantastic Chinese green tea with a distinctive flavour and tea leaf appearance. Dragonwell is easily identified by its unique flattened emerald green tea leaves, a product of traditional pressing techniques from the Westlake region of Zheizang Province. The champagne coloured infusion has a smooth medium bodied flavour and a nutty undertone. Dragonwell is one of the esteemed Ten Famous Teas of China and is one of our favourite green teas.

Brewing Instructions:As with all loose leaf green tea, Dragonwell is best brewed with water below boiling, approx. 80°C. Use 1 tsp of tea per cup and infuse green tea for 1-3 minutes.
