An amazing organic black tea from one of the only organic gardens in the Assam region. The Rembeng Estate passionately produces a top quality grade. The infusion is lighter than our other Assam tea selections, with a nice and smooth medium body. An excellent organic Assam!

Assam black tea is one of the boldest black teas from India. The bold body of Assam teas makes them ideally suited for a splash of milk, however many are enjoyed clear as well.

Brewing Instructions: Assam tea is prepared like other Indian black teas which are best steeped in boiling water for 2-5 minutes. Use 1 tsp loose leaf tea per 6-8oz of water.
