Description
 
As a rare first flush, this tea is brighter than typical Assam teas, making it easy to enjoy with or without milk. The infusion is rich and full flavoured with subtle fruit notes and a moderate malty character.

Brewing Instructions: Assam tea is prepared like other Indian black teas which are best steeped in boiling water for 2-5 minutes. Use 1 tsp loose leaf tea per 6-8oz of water.
