Our finest Chinese jasmine green tea consisting of the first young tea leaves and buds of the spring harvest. These special green tea leaves are delicately hand-rolled in to small pearls and scented with jasmine flowers. Upon infusion, the pearls unfurl releasing a delicious jasmine liquor and aroma.

Brewing Instructions:As with all loose leaf green tea, Jasmine Dragon Pearls are best brewed with water below boiling, approx. 80°C. Use 1 tsp of tea per cup and infuse green tea for 1-3 minutes.
