Currently we accept orders via our website and through the telephone, 416.203.3301. Payment must be made with a credit card. If you are in the Toronto area, you may also come to our retail location to purchase our products.

PAYMENT OPTIONS & SECURITY

When making an online purchase with tealish you must use a credit card. Tealish currently accepts Visa and Mastercard for online orders. Please note that all prices are in Canadian dollars and are subject to change without notice.

Entering your credit card information on the tealish website is safe and secure. We have ensured your protection by using an internet server that is secured with SSL (secure socket layer). This service encrypts all personal information sent to us by you and secures it so that it is not available to anybody else to view. By using this service our customers can feel safe that their personal information is protected against unauthorized access.

RETURN POLICY

Tealish is unable to exchange or refund the purchase of any loose leaf tea. Tealish wants you to be 100 % satisfied and will therefore refund or exchange any tea accessory product you are not satisfied with. You must notify us of your return or exchange at info@tealish.com, or at 416.203.3301, within 48 hours of receipt of your shipment in order for us to issue an exchange or return. We will gladly refund or exchange the product once it is shipped back to us and received, provided that it is in the original packaging, is unused, and is in resalable condition. Refunds will only be made to the credit card used with purchase.

If we made a mistake in filling your order, or if the item you received is damaged, we will gladly refund or exchange those items once they are shipped back to us and received. Damaged items or mistakes we made in your order must also be reported at info@tealish.com, or at 416.203.3301, within 48 hours of receipt of shipment. Please note that we will refund shipping costs if we have made a mistake in your order. Damaged items or mistakes we made in your order will be re-shipped to you at no additional shipping cost to you. Please note that we do not accept COD shipments. In a situation where we incur shipping costs, that amount will be refunded to your credit card.

When returning a shipment, please be sure that you receive a tracking number for your package and that your shipment is insured.

SHIPPING

Shipping costs will be calculated during the checkout process. Shipping within North America is standard, however international shipping costs may vary. Please contact us directly at info@tealish.com, or 416.203.3301 if you wish to ship outside of North America.

Want to send a gift to somebody? Simply shop our website as usual and when checking out, fill out your billing information and make sure to type out the gift receiver’s address in the ship to portion of the check out page.
